Let's see--Micheal Phelps is a professional athlete and he accomplished something very amazing by winning 8 gold medals and everyone is talking about it because it's impressive. JLo is....well let's say she's an actress and she has accomplished....several piss poor movies....and nobody is talking about her because she's really not very good. Being a mother is a great accomplishment. Winning 8 Golds in the Olympics is a big accomplishment. Neither should negate the other. But if J-LO cannot concede to Phelps victory and NOT acknowledge him, then I hope her next record dives. And by record, I don't mean winning a mini-tri in Malibu-boo-hoo.

I am a proud Baltimore girl who just can't say enough nice things about the entire Phelps family. This is not just about a swimmer who incredibly won 8 gold medals he also has family values that should be celebrated through out the country. If J-LO can take a moment to look away from her magic mirror maybe she can learn something about family.
